He graduated in management systems in the field of computer science at the University of Information Technology and Management in Bielsko-Biała. At the Association, he is responsible for obtaining grants and projects that support the implementation of its statutory objectives. He has many years of experience in managing projects, including those co-financed from public funds, as well as in organizing mass events. He is responsible for project management and substantive supervision of their implementation.

Privately, he is a father of two children and an enthusiast of sailing, motorboat sports, shooting, and skiing. He is constantly inspired by Henry Ford's quote: "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right." This simple but profound maxim emphasizes how important it is to believe in our abilities.
