Reserve soldier of the 18th Airborne Battalion in Bielsko-Biała and former operator of the NIL Military Unit in Krakow. Currently serving in the Territorial Defense Forces in the 133rd Light Infantry Battalion in Cieszyn.

He has participated in foreign missions in Afghanistan and Iraq three times. He graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in sports management and physical training, as well as postgraduate studies in teaching the subject of Safety Education. He completed a sports management course and a CLS (Combat Lifesaver) course in battlefield medicine.

He is a certified soccer coach, ski instructor, and lifeguard. He is also an instructor and counselor at youth camps. He is passionate about sports and an active lifestyle—he trains in running, CrossFit, and HYROX. As he says about himself, "I like challenges and motivating others to exercise."
